1. Your Home Screen
The Home screen is your dashboard. At the top you will see a referral banner (Refer a Friend โ Get Extra 50 PMCredit) and a red PMCredit card showing your available balance and your full name.

Appointments Tabs
Your bookings are split into three tabs:
- Pending โ bookings that are submitted and awaiting confirmation.
- Active โ confirmed upcoming sessions.
- Past โ your completed and cancelled session history.

2. Starting a Booking
Tap the large red + button at the bottom of any screen to start a new booking. The first step is choosing your payment type.
Self Pay
You pay using your PMCredit wallet balance. This is the standard option for most customers.
Panel
Your employer or insurance panel covers the cost. You will need to provide your Guarantee Letter (GL). See Section 7 for the full Panel booking flow.
The Self Pay booking journey
- 1 Choose payment type โ Self Pay
- 2 Choose patient โ Myself or a Dependant
- 3 Choose package โ select from your active packages
- 4 Choose appointment type โ Centre or Housecall
- 5 Select centre / location, date, and time slot
- 6 Confirm โ booking submitted
3. Choosing a Patient & Managing Dependants
After selecting payment type, choose who the session is for. You can book for yourself or for any of your registered dependants (family members).
Myself
Your own profile is always listed first with a red selected ring when chosen.
Dependants
Family members you have added (e.g. Wife, Child, Mother). Tap any name to select them for the booking.
Adding a Dependant
Tap + Add Dependant on the Choose Patient screen or go to Profile โ Dependent Information โ Add Dependant. Fill in:
Personal
- โข Profile type (Normal)
- โข Full name
- โข NRIC (identification number)
- โข Date of birth
- โข Gender (Male / Female)
- โข Relationship (Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Wife, Husband, Child)
Contact & Address
- โข Phone number (or tick "Use my Phone Number")
- โข Email address (or tick "Use my Email")
- โข House/Unit No.
- โข Street name & Area/Town
- โข Postcode
- โข (Tick "Same address as mine" to auto-fill)
Tap Add Dependant to save. You can manage all dependants from Profile โ Dependent Information โ the three-dot menu on each card lets you edit or remove them.
4. Choosing a Package for Your Booking
After choosing your patient, select which of your active packages to use for this session. Each package card shows:
- Package name and Active badge
- Session Progress bar โ e.g. 0 / 1 sessions used (1 session remaining, 0% used)
- Expiry Date โ the last date this package can be used
- Service Type โ e.g. AP-TSS (the treatment type this package covers)
No package yet? You need to purchase a package first before making a booking. Go to My Package on the Home screen or tap the + button and buy from the Packages store. See Section 8.
5. Booking at a Centre
On the Appointment Type screen, select Centre. You will see two sub-tabs: Centre/Date/Time and Therapist โ both lead to the same booking, just a different starting point.
Selecting a Centre
A list of all Physiomobile centres appears with their full address and distance from you. Tap a centre to select it (a red radio button appears). Centres include:

Selecting Date & Time
After choosing a centre, a calendar appears below it. Tap a date to see available time slots for that day. Select your preferred slot and tap Continue.
6. Booking a Housecall
Select Housecall on the Appointment Type screen. A therapist will travel to your address for the session.
Treatment Location
The app automatically uses your default saved address as the treatment location. You can tap the address card to change it โ see Section 9 for managing your saved addresses.
Date & Time
Choose your preferred date from the calendar and select a time slot. Tap Continue to proceed.
โ Weekend surcharge: There is a 10 PMCredit additional charge for appointments made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This is shown as a note below the calendar.
7. Panel Booking (Corporate / Insurance)
If your employer or insurance panel covers your physiotherapy, select Panel as your payment type. The booking flow has additional steps to verify your coverage.
Customer Type
First Timer (New Customer)
This is your first visit with Physiomobile. Our team will help set up your panel account.
Existing Customer
You have visited Physiomobile before. Select your panel provider from the dropdown.
Panel Providers
Select your panel provider from the dropdown. Supported providers include:
Guarantee Letter (GL)
After selecting your panel and preferred date/time and treatment hours, you must provide a Guarantee Letter:
I will upload my GL
Upload the GL document yourself. Tap the upload field to attach the file.
Ask admin to request GL
Our admin team will request the GL from your panel provider after verification.
Tap Submit for Verification. Our team will review and confirm the booking once the GL is validated.
8. Packages & PMCredit Wallet
Available Packages
Go to My Package on the home screen to browse and purchase packages. Each package is priced in PMCredit. Available packages:

All packages are 1 hour per session and available at Home or Centre.
Cart & Checkout
- 1 Tap Add to Cart on a package. Adjust quantity with the โ and + buttons in the Cart.
- 2 Tap Proceed to Checkout. The summary shows your item and price.
- 3 Voucher โ enter a voucher code and tap Apply, or tap Select Available Voucher to see your eligible vouchers. A successful voucher reduces the total immediately (e.g. code PmmyApps2.0 gives RM 130 off).
- 4 Payment Method โ PM Credit Wallet is selected automatically. Tap Confirm Payment to complete the purchase.
Topping Up Your PMCredit Wallet
PMCredit is the in-app currency. 1 PMCredit = RM 1.00. You can top up:
- From the Packages screen โ tap Top Up at the top right.
- During checkout โ if your balance is insufficient, an Insufficient Credit Balance sheet appears showing your Current Balance, Required Amount, and Shortfall. Enter the top-up amount (minimum is the shortfall) and tap Top Up Now.
9. Check Availability
Use Check Availability (the banner on the Home screen, or from within a booking) to see which therapists have open slots on a given date โ before committing to a booking.
How to use it
- 1 Pick a date from the calendar.
- 2 Toggle Centre or Housecall.
- 3 For Centre, tap All Centres to filter by a specific branch, or leave it to see all therapists.
- 4 A list of therapists appears โ each card shows their name, centre, star rating, and available time slots as chips.
- 5 Tap Book Now under your preferred therapist to start a booking with them pre-selected.
Not seeing your preferred time? Tap the Request button at the bottom of the availability list. Fill in the Request Availability form โ choose Centre or Housecall, select a date and time window, indicate Myself or Dependent, add any notes, and tap Submit Request. We will check with the therapist and notify you once a slot is available.
10. Managing Your Addresses
For Housecall bookings, the app uses your saved addresses. Manage them via Bookmark Address (accessible from the Housecall booking screen).
Adding a New Address
- 1 Tap + Add New Address.
- 2 Enter a Label (e.g. Home, Office, Rumah Mak).
- 3 Tap Select from Map to pin your location on the Google Map, or type the address manually: Full Address, Unit/House Number, City, State, Postcode.
- 4 Add optional Notes (e.g. gate code, unit access instructions).
- 5 Toggle Set as Default if this should be your primary housecall address. Tap Save Address.
You can also tap Use Current Location at the top of the Bookmark Address screen to auto-detect and use your GPS position.
11. Notifications
Tap the bell icon on the Home screen to open your Notifications. There are two tabs:
Notifications
Booking-related alerts โ New Booking confirmations, Booking Status Changed updates. Use Mark all as Read or Clear All to manage.
Announcements
App updates, promotions, news, and health tips from Physiomobile. Filter by All, Promotion, News, or Updates.
The red badge on the bell icon shows the total number of unread notifications.
12. PMPoints & Rewards
Tap Points (star icon) in the bottom navigation to open your PMPoints dashboard.
Earning PMPoints
You earn PMPoints automatically when you purchase packages or refer friends:
- Package Purchase Reward โ e.g. +120 Pts when you buy a package
- Referral Reward โ +3,000 Pts for each friend who signs up using your referral code
Redeeming PMPoints
Tap Redeem Now on the PMPoints card, or go to the PMPoints detail screen. Use the slider to choose how many points to convert:
Redemption Rules
- โข 1 Point = RM 0.01 (wallet credit)
- โข Minimum redemption: 500 points
Referral ID
Your unique Referral ID is shown on your Profile screen (e.g. 91EGISV3). Share it with friends โ when they register and use it, both of you earn PMPoints. Tap the share icon next to your Referral ID to send it via WhatsApp, Messages, or any app.
13. Inbox & Chat
Tap the Chat tab (speech bubble) in the bottom navigation to open the Inbox. There are two sub-tabs:
Chat (CS)
Direct line to our Customer Support team. Use this for booking issues, billing questions, or anything that needs admin attention. You can send images and files.
Chat with Therapist
Communicate directly with your assigned therapist โ confirm directions, preparation tips, or arrival time.
Help shortcut: tapping the Help quick action on the Home screen also opens the Chat with CS โ the fastest way to get support without navigating the inbox.
14. Profile
The Profile tab is your account hub. At the top you will see your name, email, PM Credit card balance, loyalty PMPoints, and your Referral ID (with a share button).
Below that, the General section contains:
- Account Information โ update your name, NRIC, contact details, and address.
- Dependent Information โ manage your registered family members.
- Time Slips โ view your session time slips (generated after each appointment).
- Medical Records โ history of your assessment forms and treatment notes.
- Vital Signs โ view your submitted vital sign readings.
- Settings โ notifications, language, Help Centre, Report an Issue, Privacy Policy.

Go to Profile โ Settings to configure:

Sharing Your Referral ID
On the Profile screen, tap the share icon next to your Referral ID to open the native share sheet. You can send your referral link directly via WhatsApp, Messages, or copy it to clipboard. Every successful referral earns you +3,000 PMPoints and gives the new customer extra PMCredit.

Things to remember
- 1 You need an active package before you can make a booking.
- 2 For Panel bookings, have your Guarantee Letter ready before submitting.
- 3 Use Check Availability to see therapist slots before starting a booking.
- 4 Save your housecall address in Bookmark Address to speed up future bookings.
- 5 Share your Referral ID with friends โ you both benefit from PMPoints and PMCredit bonuses.
